SMS Terms of Service.
Last updated: October 2026
These SMS Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the text messaging program operated by Stephanie Floyd Insurance Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms and to our SMS Privacy Policy.
1. The program
Our SMS program sends two kinds of messages, based on the consent you give:
- Transactional messages — appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups about a request you made, and alerts related to your coverage or application.
- Marketing messages — information about insurance products and services, plan updates, educational content, and occasional offers.
You choose which kinds you receive when you opt in, and you can change that choice at any time by contacting us (see Section 7).
2. How you opt in
You opt in by checking the consent box on one of our forms, by texting us first, or by giving us verbal consent on a live call that we document. By opting in, you confirm that the phone number you provided is yours and that you are authorized to receive messages at that number.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your activity with us — for example, more messages around a scheduled appointment or an enrollment window, and fewer at other times.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Check with your carrier for details.
5. How to opt out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you reply STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and then stop sending you messages under that consent. If you opted in to both transactional and marketing messages, replying STOP ends both unless you tell us otherwise. To rejoin, simply opt in again through one of our forms or by texting us.
6. Help
For help at any time, reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the details in Section 7.
7. Consent is not a condition of purchase
Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service from us. You can reach us by phone or email instead, any time.
8. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will let you know by text message or by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continuing to participate in the program after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
