SMS Privacy Policy.

This SMS Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you participate in the text messaging program operated by Stephanie Floyd Insurance Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”), and how we use and protect it. It supplements our general Privacy Policy and our SMS Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

When you opt in to our SMS program, we collect:

• Your mobile phone number.
• The content of messages you send us and messages we send you.
• Opt-in details — when and how you consented (for example, which form you used).
• Basic delivery information, such as whether a message was delivered.

We do not collect your location, your contacts, or any other information from your phone.

2. How we use your information

We use this information only to operate the program you signed up for:

• To send you the transactional messages you requested, such as appointment reminders and follow-ups.
• To send you marketing messages, only if you separately consented to them.
• To respond when you reply to us or ask for help.
• To keep a record of your consent and your opt-out requests, as the law requires.

3. How we share your information

We share your phone number and message content only with the service providers needed to deliver your messages — our messaging platform and your mobile carrier. Those providers may only use your information to deliver messages on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your number and message history while you are opted in, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and record-keeping requirements. When you opt out, we stop sending you messages and keep only the record of your opt-out itself.

5. Your choices

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can also ask us to correct or delete your information by contacting us below. Deleting your information will end your participation in the program, since we cannot send you messages without your number.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including limiting access to it to the people who need it to run the program. No method of transmission over the internet or mobile networks is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

Our SMS program is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through it.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will let you know by text message or by posting the updated Policy on this page.
